Decide Smaller helps you think before you commit. It does not choose for you. It finds what you do not know yet and turns it into the cheapest test you can run.
What it does
You describe a decision. The tool challenges the frame, asks three questions that could change the answer and, after your replies, proposes one small reversible test with a measure, a success condition and a rule for stopping.
How it works
An AI model (Anthropic Claude) reads your text and writes the questions and the recommendation. Topics that look medical, legal, financial-crisis or safety-related use a built-in flow instead. The approach rests on a simple idea: reversible decisions should be tested, not debated. Read the method page.
What it is not
It is not professional advice and it cannot see your real facts. Treat the result as a structured second opinion and verify important facts yourself.
Principles
No account. Your text is kept for 90 days at most and you can delete it at any time. No advertising and no sale of data. The basic check is free; payments are voluntary support.
